Restricted Jurisdictions Policy

This is the Restricted Jurisdictions Policy of Justify Operations Corp. referred to in the Token Sale Terms. It publishes the list of Restricted Regions from which the $JSTY token sale is not available. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms; if this page and the Terms differ, the Terms prevail.
1. Restricted Regions
The token sale is not available to persons located, incorporated or resident in, or accessing the sale from, any of the following (section 1.1 of the Terms):
- (i) the United States of America, including its territories and possessions;
- (ii) the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation;
- (iii) the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Cuba;
- (iv) the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus;
- (v) any other country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union or His Majesty's Treasury UK, or identified by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as a high-risk jurisdiction subject to a call for action;
- (vi) any jurisdiction in which the offer, sale, purchase or holding of Tokens is prohibited or would require any licence, registration, approval or filing that the Company has not obtained or made; and
- (vii) any other jurisdiction listed in the Restricted Jurisdictions Policy or designated by the Company on the Platform from time to time.
2. Jurisdictions added under item (vii)
None as of the date above. Any jurisdiction the Company adds will be listed here with the date it takes effect.
3. Sanctioned persons
Wherever they are, Sanctions-Restricted Persons, as defined in the Terms, may not take part in the token sale.
4. How this site applies it
Purchases are not offered to visitors whose connection is located in: United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, or the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (Crimea, Sevastopol and the occupied parts of the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions).
Location is estimated from the IP address and can be wrong. It does not change who is eligible: you must not take part if you are covered by the Terms, wherever your connection appears to be, and using a VPN, proxy or similar means to get around these restrictions breaches the Terms. Purchases made in breach may be cancelled under sections 2.7 and 3.5 of the Terms.
